About Anna Burt

She has over 30 years of personal experience with nutritional, emotional, and spiritual healing.  Truly, through a restored relationship with Jesus, and by employing the principles of whole person health, wellness is achieved!  The coaching environment is encouraging, designed to be non-judgmental, and fosters trust.  Since the beginning, Anna’s unique professional health coaching philosophy has been greatly shaped by the influence of Dr. Henry G. Bieler.  Dr. Bieler is the best-selling author of Food is Your Best Medicine.  Dr. Bieler was her family’s medical doctor and helped to personally tailor nutritional plans for members of her family.  She was raised with the working knowledge of nutrition as a foundation for physical healing.  She knows it is an avenue for amazing healing!
